1 step Blue UPVC Cement for schedule 40 & 80 UPVC piping systems up to 4" inch heavy Bodied, Medium Setting meet ASTM F - 793
Caution:
Extremely flammable vapor harmful if swallowed, drink water. Do not induce vomiting, call a physician. If inhaled, get fresh air, If breathing problem persists seek medical attention. In case of eye and skin contact, immediately flush with plenty of water. Seek medical attention, if irritation persists.
Directions For Use:
Recommended for UPVC Pipes up to 4". Meets ASTM standard F-493. Store and use at temperatures between 40°F and 100°F. Stir or shake before using, if "jelly-like" don't use. Square pipe ends. Remove all burrs and dirt. Clean pipe and fitting with primer. Recommended applicator for pipe over 3" is a brush 1/2 the pipe diameter. Apply liberal coal or cement to pipe fo the depth of the socket. Apply a thin coat of cement to fitting. Do not "overcoat" thin wall or bell end pipe. Assemble parts Quickly Cement Must Bf Fluid, if not fluid, re-coat both parts. Push pipe Fully into fitting using a 1/4 turning motion until pipe bottoms. Hold pipe and fitting together for 60 seconds. Allow joint to cure suffice gently before handling. Do not pressure test until Cement is fully cured. Keep container closed when not in use. Do not mix any solvent.
